VISION STATEMENT

The vision of the Church shall be to continue to offer the community of Kersbrook a church that follows God according to sound Biblical principles and practices of fellowship. These principles and practices are also in keeping with that body of believers known as Churches of Christ in South Australia and Northern Territory incorporated.

Our desire is to introduce all persons whom we meet to the one true God. Our prayerful desire is that they encounter Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord.

We desire to offer all persons our servanthood, as believers, and to nurture them towards a maturity in Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit through:

· Encouraging obedience to the Gospel

· Encouraging obedience in Believer’s baptism

· Regularly meeting around the Table of the Lord

· Empowering them to join in ministry and fellowship in the community of believers

In accordance with Scripture references

(Matthew 28:20 & Acts 2:24)

The core activities of the Church are:

1. The study of Scripture

2. The Celebration of Communion

3. Corporate Prayer

4. Proclamation of the Gospel to all people of all ages.
